Twittering the race today, Jimmy informs us that Advil has done the trick, easing back pain as he reaches mile 28 in 4 hours and 27 minutes.

At first glance, I thought "Miwok" was something like a word for an Ewok baby.
I had to do a wiki-search on it. Interesting history, and amusing as it serves a double function as a clever pun for this event.
