I'm not a big fan of South Park or that brand of humor so I can't really stay neutral on it. I think if someone else did it first, and they ganked it without giving credit then it just shows how limited their writing is, and confirms what I think about them. Groucho Marx would rip these guys a new one.
It was mentioned somewhere that the aggrieved authors sent South Park an email thanking them for the shout-out.

John, they're Lawyers, and we all know where they all end up eventualy :p But in all seriousness, Viacom seems like a very crooked company to me.
This Mike Mozart guy seems loaded for bear. Viacom better stand by.
