People need to step back and calm down. It's all getting too scary! On the UP side, it's easier to get more writing done because Social media is getting to be too dang stressful!
As if all the rest of that isn't bad enough, someone posted a speech on my facebook page where the YOUNG woman giving the speech said that PEDOPHILA is a 'NATURAL SEXUAL ORIENTATION'. There are NO words for such unholy terror.
As soon as I finish my editing, I am SERIOUSLY thinking of getting rid of my internet for a while. Even getting a LAND LINE and giving up my cell phone.
Too much INFORMATION IS dangerous. It's murder on the nerves!
Foolish question time: What, exactly IS the objective of the "Social Justice League" or whatever they're called?
Apparently (and take this with a grain of salt) Oprah tried talking calm sense to the head of one of these social justice groups and she started slagging Oprah off. I think the woman accused Oprah of being out of touch because she's rich. In any case, the conversation didn't accomplish much.
Most of the Social Justice types have everyone prepackaged into categories of oppressed or oppressor. Anything is allowed against an approved oppressor, while every allowance is given to the oppressed.
I think its less about justice and more about power.
Leaving the Internet for a time is a sound idea. Allow your mind to refresh.
