OY! What a mess! I have to wonder about people who have nothing better to do with their time than mess with other people's communications. I've had to resort to two tier confirmations of identity, even on my cell phone. Oh for the good old days of land lines and answering machines.

Drastic security measures may have to be taken. A creatively convoluted password, and find out, if possibly, what security steps your email account provides. Once all that's done, write a rather nasty post against hackers and suggest that they might want to FINALLY move out of their parents' basement!
