Congrats!!! Better than I would have done. Once upon a time, I could do a runner when I had to...catching a bus....but these days, a quick WALK is as much as I do.
For a long time, even a quick walk was denied me for health reasons. So I'm rather pleased to have gotten as far as I did.
Keep enjoying those walks but don't over-do. As the saying goes, "Slow and Steady wins the race."
Fortunately for me, slow and steady is all I can muster.
