Hallow Mass Hailed Again

TV Tropes

Reader and author Hans G. Schantz found my Lovecraftian horror tale "clever, amusing, and fun." Scroll down to Most Recent Customer Reviews and scope out his brief summary.

Still laboring to provide assistance to a very ill family member. Sometimes this very ill family member insists they're healthy as a young mare and that everyone, including cardiologists, are overwrought and misguided. This doesn't help.

I'm writing something. I'm writing almost every day. But I'm not going to say what I'm writing. For the last year, this has been poison to my craft. I'll drop the book or short story collection within six weeks and start on a fresh tale that I'll post about.

So to keep the words flowing, I'm shutting my mouth. At least until the second draft.

John, I'm so sorry to hear about what's going on with you. As you know, I've been there, too, so I deeply empathize with what you're going through. It's one thing to punch a time clock--if those things even exist anymore; it's another to try to be creative when at times pain and sorrow are absolutely tearing you apart. If it's any help, I know that you must have lots of people, friends and fans, who are wishing you the best, and hoping that you'll find ways to achieve some peace and let your creativity flow as much as possible.

You will get through this.

Very best wishes,
Barbara

Congrats on the continued praises. But yeah, best thing to do, as far as focusing on on thing at a time is just get THAT done. So say I to me, as I'm afflicted with the same habit of starting a project with vigor and then get bored. I've since learned that MULTI-TASKING is a MYTH. Do one thing at t a time, get that done and move on.

Sorry to be late responding to your comments.

Google did something different and it's messed with my blog.

Yes. I agree. Multi-tasking is a myth.

But a pleasant one that allows me to think I'm
really smoking when I'm just killing time.

Thanks, Barb. I appreciate the thoughts.

I didn't reject your comments, but Google has raised cane with my blog and I've lost traffic and comments no longer appear in my main email. Very vexing.
