Projects Three

I have before me projects three,

A novel,

And another,

And a sit-com, see?

Complete?

Ignore?

Help me decide,

And for such aid,

You'll get a pony ride.

(Paul has infected me with contest fever. The projects will be listed tomorrow. Help me choose which to finish. I can't guarantee any fancy prize, but I can promise a pony ride. And I have.)

Oooh, is it a novel about a guy who stars in a sit-com about a guy who operates pony rides?

I'd go sitcom.

Because of the nice conversation you and Paul had with me at Barone's...

Just my 1 1/2 cents. I'd give the full two, but, you know, recession.

Troy Benjamin is on the board for sit-com.

We're off!

Yeah, when you posted this, my first thought was, "Didn't he say that he needs to write the sitcom in order to get back into animation?"

...as much as I dislike animated sitcoms. But as a means to an end, if that end is the end of animated sitcoms when they realize, through you, how funny cartoons can be, then yeah. Sitcom. About pony rides. Or not.

I say sitcom!

But it must have a bird in it. Not a large bird. And no really teeny birds. But a bird of moderate size. And it can tell the future. Only we don't know if that's true or if it's only in the mind of it's owner. The owner can't be over 23. Plus he must have a catch phrase that isn't overly pushy, but funny.

That's what I say.

Paul

Ever since reading the instructions for a microwaveable chicken parmigiana, which tells you to "flip the chicken", I always thought there should be a chicken named Flip.

So perhaps the moderately sized bird can be Flip the chicken!

And the guy, whose name is Mr Wilson, will have the catchphrase, "Here come da eggs!"

Or not. Y'know... 'cause no one under 23 would even get the reference.

so, 2 novels or a sitcom?

I've been hoping someone would come out with a good sitcom, but it hasn't happened for a while now. Something in the vein of the early 90s stuff. You know the ones. Have at it!
